Imagine a large ship leaving the harbour. It has important cargo, and carrying a crew and captain ready to lead the ship. But there is no navigation plan or destination. Will the ship reach where it should go? Imagine the same for a Boeing 747 passenger aircraft. For making just one journey, one needs a flight plan or a navigation plan along with a fixed destination. Otherwise the ship or plane is going to flounder and crash on some unnamed island.

But for our life, do we have a destination and a navigation plan to take us there? Isn't our life journey equally or more important than a mere trip carrying cargo.

So it is important for each of us to know where we are headed and why we are headed there.

For some it is to get married and settle down. For some others it is to earn an X amount of money and have all the material paraphernalia that the money will get them. For some it is name and fame. For some it is just survive for one more day, month or year. For some it is life experiences.

Each have unique wants, desires, orientations.
